Dessert - St. Patrick's Day Jello Salad

To add to the FUN of your Euchre Card Party or home Euchre Tournament, include some FUN food!! Since St. Patrick's Day is coming up this month, I thought this would be a great addition to add some green to your St Patrick's Day Euchre Card Party. I got this recipe from a fundraiser cookbook that has all those great recipes your Mom used to make. We have been enjoying it for years. It's great as a dessert or jello salad for dinner. Enjoy!!

St. Patrick's Day Jello Salad

• 1 small package lime jello
• 1 small package pistachio pudding
• 1 lb small curd cottage cheese
• 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
• 1 (8 oz) tub of Cool Whip
• 1 cup mini marshmallows (I like the colored ones)

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and chill. (Use no water)
