Appetizer - EASY Slow Cooker Meatballs

To add to the FUN of your Euchre Card Party or home Euchre Tournament, include some FUN food!! I got this EASY Slow Cooker Meatballs recipe from a friend years ago and have enjoyed making them many times. There are lots of meatball appetizer recipes out there, but this one has a sweet and savory flavor that is always a hit with the guests!

EASY Slow Cooker Meatballs

Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs Appetizer
2 lbs Frozen Bite-size Meatballs thawed  (about 60) or homemade if you prefer
12-14 oz jar Grape Jelly
12 oz bottle Chili Sauce (not Cocktail Sauce)

1. Mix together grape jelly and chili sauce. Whisk until smooth.

2. Put thawed meatballs in slow cooker and coat with sauce.

3. Cook 3-4 hours on low. I like to leave meatballs in slow cooker to keep them warm during serving.

ENJOY!!

  1. Never thought about using jelly in my recipe for meatballs, Joann. I may have to try it. It doesn't come out too sweet?

    1. I like the taste! Some other recipes call for a larger jar of Jelly which they say makes it sweeter. These aren't as tangy as meatballs made with BBQ sauce. If you get a chance to give them a try, let me know how you like them :-)
